Opposing the beauty, gifts and skill that are inherited, are the family tree’s lower emotions, dysfunction, trauma and fragmented beliefs, taken on as we attempt to balance and support the lineage. Constellation work happens at a DNA and Soul level, working with reprogramming your Blueprint of Genetics and Epigenetics, to free clients from Systemic issues they hold from their family blood line.

Constellation Work developed by Bert Hellinger in the family field, is a Phenomenological approach to Therapy. It works with clients to resolve energetic and emotional baggage, burdens and trauma that is held by an individual for the transgenerational family system. We unconsciously support even those we feel no conscious connection to in the family, and this can cause life long anxieties, fears, beliefs and the whole range of emotional states or experiences in life.
Even if our childhoods were very tough within our family, for example physically abused, this is a burden you are taking on for the system and something that can be healed with in Family Constellations.
Similarly, as a Soul, we have another lineage of connection, to Soul Family, other incarnations, Spirits and this can hold alot of Karma, Trauma, Disconnection and much more. The Soul Constellations® work has been very profound in my own healing and is a modality that I am passionate about sharing for Soul Healing of my community.
A Constellation session for those with issues coming through your family or soul lineages, will be very liberating and transformative. Generally even a more troublesome systemic issue or deep trauma should be resolved very quickly in a maximum of 3 sessions, with beneficial steps being made every session.
